Rain no longer expected in chilly Jaguars vs. Browns game
The Jacksonville Jaguars’ road game against the Cleveland Browns won’t be warm, but at least it won’t be wet.
For most of the week, weather forecasts projected it’d be a rainy day in Northeast Ohio on Sunday. The showers came early with a rainy day Saturday, leaving little chance of precipitation for the Week 14 game at Cleveland Browns Stadium.
According to Cleveland area meteorologist Matt Wintz, it should be dry day with temperatures in the high 30s for the game.

Other forecasts have indicated it could get into the low 40s with very little chance of rain.
While it’s the coldest game of the season for Jacksonville, it’s far from the kind of brutal weather that the Midwest can sometimes offer in December and January. The Jaguars once traveled to Cleveland for a January 2010 game that was 16 degrees at kickoff.
All 10 of the coldest games in Jaguars history were on the road.
