NFL: Packers lead Week 2 power rankings

Highlights: Watch the best plays from Sunday

1. Why the Steelers? Because they’re a well rounded team wrapped around a great quarterback…plus AB’s Key & Poole (and Von) dance.

2. 25th O, 19th D is why I don’t have them higher. Playing against Cam is why they’re not lower, plus, I’m super biased. Go Broncos!

3. Even though some bad calls helped them win, Rodgers, Nelson and Lacy are crazy good and their defense isn’t bad, either, same for AR’s V neck commercial.

4. Bengals went into NJ and won, Dalton was 23/30. Those stats hint at tough times ahead for defenses, if Merv keeps his coaches in straight jackets.

5. 12th O, 12th D against a good team in your division and winning on the road. This balanced team should go from circle win, to ut-oh, it’s Famous Jameis.

6. Cam got Kelvin Benjamin back. That’s the good news. The bad news is he is still treats the ball like it’s covered in camel spit and their D was anemic.

7. Garoppolo won an away game against a team that HAD a top defense last year. Plus, he’s got HC Darth Vader. Not higher because of the HAD.

8. Bradford, on team #3,751, pulled out a win with little time to prepare. There may be a pulse in Philly, if not, they’ll roast him with some honey and salt.

9. Not only did they stop Luck, but won in LOUD Indy. Matt still has weapons, despite losing a star to that dancing show.

10. They came one bad call away from beating Rodgers. That’s real progress to look at. On their 100,000 SF TV. If not, they can drown their sorrows in their pool.

11. They have a good QB and a coach who gambled and won. In Big Easy. Call him Jack Black. He’ll fit in nicely in Vegas.

12. They’re always bridesmaids, but at least they’re invited to the party. If only to bring the BBQ.

13. Good effort, but their defense failed them. You can’t give Winston time in the pocket, or he’ll pick you apart like a crab leg.

14. Winning with 12 points, at home? Pete, we have a problem, time to find your Magic Dragon.

15. I’d have them higher if it didn’t take them so long to figure out Dak is poor under pressure. Unless you consider an 11, good. Out of 137.

16. Ask Peyton what’s it’s like to have an invisible defense on a Colts team. Good Luck won’t save them and neither will Andrew.

17. If your QB scores 4 TDs, you should win, at home! Front Office woes are sinking this team into the swamp.

18. Osweiler can beat John Fox. So can 12 seconds and a kneel down. Even worse, the D allowed Cutler 211 yards. I volunteer to check JJ for any more grown injuries.

19. Wentz looked great…….against Cleveland. Hold the parade.
And then the, throw a dart and guess teams.

20. One Flacco TD, at home, isn’t encouraging.

21. Hard to get excited about a team that beat a HS QB.

22. Fitz. They should’ve brought in Foles for peanuts. 19/35 oy.

23. Thinking the DC of SD and Indy must share notes.

24. A GQ model beats you at home? Stay home, you’re drunk.

25. Cutler. Fox.

26. Too bad their team didn’t play with as much heat as their HC spews.

27. Don’t hate me, but you STILL have a QB issue….and Jerry Jones.

28. This was supposed to Tannenhill’s debutante ball under Gase. Hold the invites.

29. Maybe a name change should be looked at, and uni, QB, defense, HC…

30. Can a bottom team from the previous year get worse?

31. Answer: yes, yes they can

32. Dancing with the Stars, has more athletic talent than this team, even with Marsha Brady.
