Last week featured several standout performances from local athletes in basketball, indoor track and wrestling. Who will receive your vote for the Boys Athlete of the Week?

Read about each player in our Top Performers story and cast your vote for the Courier/Intell Boys Athlete of the Week right here! This week's poll will run from Tuesday evening until 8 p.m. Thursday. Be sure to vote for the Girls Athlete of the Week as well.

Who won last week's Boys Athlete of the Week poll?

In last week's poll, Neshaminy basketball player Guy Horton was voted Boys Athlete of the Week with 50 percent of the vote.

Next was Council Rock South basketball player Ryan Delp with 26 percent.

Vote for the Boys Athlete of the Week for the week of January 22!

  • Alex Brown, Morrisville, basketball. Scored a game-high 20 points in a loss to Springfield.

  • Liam Ross, New Hope-Solebury, basketball. Ross hit the game-winning basket in OT to give the Lions their first win of the season, finishing with 14 points.

  • Dominick Morrison, Hatboro-Horsham, wrestling. He went 5-0 with three pins, including two under 30 seconds, at the Quakertown Duals.

  • Imad Abunima, William Tennent, basketball. Had 15 points and 12 rebounds in a win over Plymouth Whitemarsh and 16 points and 12 rebounds in a win over Springfield.

  • Cameron Abshire, Bristol, wrestling. He went 3-0 with three wins by pin at the Bruce and Martha Johnson Duals.

  • Jagger Verbit, Faith Christian, basketball. Had 30 points in a win against Valley Forge, Mass., 24 points and 10 rebounds in a double-OT loss to Mast Charter, and 24 points and 7 rebounds in a win over Bristol.
