There were plenty of great performances last week in Central Mass. field hockey action, so we rounded up a handful of the best for readers to vote on for the StormWorks Roofing & Restoration field hockey player of the week.

Congratulations to Algonquin's Lindsey Brown, who took the top spot in last week's poll with a whopping 27,465 of nearly 60,000 votes cast (47.6 percent of the vote). She held off Notre Dame's Ruby Reid (12,556 votes) and Tantasqua's Zoe Little (8,373 votes) for the top spot.

Morgan Bieler, Nipmuc

The sophomore scored four goals, including a hat trick in a win over Tantasqua Regional, and helped the Warriors to a 1-0-1 week.

Addie Blood, Uxbridge

The freshman scored a goal and dished out four assists in a win over Oxford.

Amelia Felicetti, Doherty

The junior had two goals and two assists to help lead the Highlanders to a pair of Inter-High victories.

Abby Fiedler, Westborough

The senior scored two goals and added an assist in the Rangers’ 1-0-1 week.

Emma Gosselin, Hopedale

The senior had three assists in a win over Bellingham and scored the Blue Raiders’ goal in a 1-1 draw with Nipmuc Regional.

Riley Gray, Quaboag

The freshman made 13 saves and posted back-to-back shutouts to help lead the Cougars to a 3-0 week.

Alexis Herbert, Leicester

In the Wolverines’ 2-0 week, Herbert scored two goals and had two assists.

Emily Johns, Clinton

The senior had a hat trick against Tahanto Regional and a goal against St. Paul to lead the Gaels to a 2-0 week.

Prinsa Kamnang, Tahanto

The junior made seven saves in a 1-0 shutout of St. Bernard’s.

Anna Melville, Algonquin

Melville made six saves in a 3-0 win over Nashoba Regional and posted her third shutout of the season.

Maeve Whittemore, Auburn

The junior scored four goals to power the Rockets past Grafton.

Delaney Wojnarowicz, Notre Dame Academy

The senior scored four goals, including a hat trick against St. Paul, and added an assist in the Rebels’ 1-0-1 week.
