Playing in the 'Toy Story' NFL game, here's who Bijan Robinson's favorite character is
Bijan Robinson and the Atlanta Falcons are heading across the pond to face the Jacksonville Jaguars in London, and audiences at home will have two different ways of watching the action.
The game, at Wembley Stadium in the United Kingdom, will be broadcast on FOX beginning at 8:30 a.m. Central Time. But on Disney+ and ESPN+, the game will be played with animated characters from the Pixar movie franchise "Toy Story."
Labeled as "Toy Story Funday Football," the first-of-its-kind broadcast will feature a field in Andy's childhood bedroom. On the sideline will be familiar characters like Woody, Buzz Lightyear, Slinky the Dog, and more.
Prior to the game, the former Texas Longhorn shared with the Atlanta Journal-Constitution which character was his favorite.
“My favorite Toy Story character probably Mr. Potato Head,” Robinson said. “That’s my favorite one. I used to have a pillow. And yeah, he stuck with me through my whole childhood. So yeah, Mr. Potato Head, that’s my dude.”

Toy Story NFL game streaming after Toy Story 5 greenlit by Disney
Before actors and writers went on strike this year in Hollywood, Disney CEO Bob Iger said the fifth installment in the "Toy Story" franchise was in development.
The original movie came out in 1995, with follow-up movies premiering in 1999, 2010, and 2019. In "Toy Story 4," the main characters Woody and Buzz went their separate ways, but Pixar's chief creative officer Pete Docter confirmed both characters will return to the new movie.
When "Toy Story 5" will be ready for release remains to be seen. "Toy Story 4" had five years in between its announcement by Disney and its premiere.
Falcons vs. Jaguars first of three NFL London Games this season
Following Sunday's game, the Jaguars will return the following weekend to play against the Buffalo Bills. Unlike their game against the Falcons, this game will played at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
The following week at that same stadium, the Baltimore Ravens and Tennessee Titans will face each other. The NFL expanded their international series beyond the U.K. with a pair of games in Frankfurt, Germany this season, too.
In Week 9, the Miami Dolphins and Kansas City Chiefs will play in Frankfurt as well as the Indianapolis Colts and New England Patriots in Week 10.
