Philadelphia Eagles sign Blake Countess to a deal

With a need for depth at the safety position, the Philadelphia Eagles are bringing back safety Blake Countess on a one-year deal.

Selected by the Eagles in the sixth round, 196th overall, in the 2016 NFL Draft, Countess is returning to Philadelphia for the fourth time since entering the league.

Countess saw action in the Eagles Week 15 and 17 games of the 2020 season.
