Penn State men’s basketball 2023-24 schedule

A new era of Penn State men’s basketball gets started in the 2023-24 season with a new head coach in Mike Rhoades and a rebuilt roster fueled by transfer portal additions and some key returning players from a roster that went to the NCAA Men’s Basketball tournament last season. The Nittany Lions are expected to be in a rebuilding mode this season, but Penn State hopes to surprise with a return to the NCAA tournament with star transfer Ace Baldwin helping to lead the way back to another round of March Madness.

Penn State will face some good challenges in non-conference play with a rematch against Texas A&M, whom Penn State upset in the first round of the NCAA tournament last March. The Nittany Lions could also potentially face a Final Four team from last season, FAU, in an early-season tournament down in Florida. Penn State will also feature regular season games played in the historic venues of Madison Square Garden in New York and The Palestra in Philadelphia along with a fan-favorite game in Rec Hall on Penn State’s campus.

Here is Penn State’s full regular season basketball schedule for this season. This schedule is subject to change.
