Pat McAfee's daily show, related podcasts, heading to ESPN

Here's another entry of "It's Pat McAfee's world, and we're just living in it."

The former Indianapolis Colts punter is joining ESPN full time in the fall, moving his daily streaming show from FanDuel, while also contributing to ESPN digital and social platforms, according to a news release.

McAfee, who is already an ESPN college football analyst and part of "College GameDay," will be on ESPN at noon weekdays, he said.

He will bring his full show crew and two podcasts – Hammer Dahn and That's Hockey Talk – with him to ESPN.

“We are extremely honored that ESPN is blessing us with this opportunity to be a part of the next chapter of the ESPN family. We do not take that lightly and are going to work hard to make sure this is a success,” McAfee said. “All parties involved agree the time has come for a bunch of sports stooges in a Thunderdome in Indiana to sprinkle in some fun and celebration of sport as well.”

McAfee is also affiliated with the WWE.

McAfee gave a rundown of how the deal came together.
