Panthers 21, Bucs 3: Postgame reaction Tom Brady, Mike Evans and more
Make it back-to-back upset losses for the struggling Tampa Bay Buccaneers, who lost another ugly one Sunday, a 21-3 blowout at the hands of the lowly Carolina Panthers.
The Bucs were lackluster on both sides of the ball, failing to move the ball consistently on offense, and making a short-handed Panthers offense look like a long list of Pro Bowlers.
