Oregon State injured quarterback Chance Nolan enters transfer portal

Oregon State quarterback Chance Nolan has entered the transfer portal, according to 247Sports.com.

Nolan started the first five games this season for the Beavers before getting injured in the first half against Utah Oct. 1.

Oregon State was 3-2 in those games.

Nolan completed 66 of 111 passes for 939 yards, seven touchdowns and eight interceptions.

Ben Gulbranson has started at quarterback since Nolan’s injury, and the Beavers are 6-1 in those games.

Gulbranson has thrown for 1,290 yards, eight touchdowns and five interceptions.

Oregon State is 9-3 overall and ranked No. 16 in the AP poll.

The Beavers will learn their bowl destination Sunday.
