Ole Miss baseball transfer tracker: Who's in and who's out for Mike Bianco's Rebels?
OXFORD — It's a vital offseason for Mike Bianco and Ole Miss baseball as the Rebels look to re-tool following their failure to make the SEC Tournament in 2023.
Starting in late May, players can begin to enter their names into the transfer portal. Here's a look at which players are leaving the fold at Ole Miss and which transfers the Rebels are bringing in.

The Ins
Liam Dolye
Pitcher | Coastal Carolina
The Rebels made a big addition to their pitching staff when Doyle committed to play in Oxford on July 10. The lefty started seven games and pitched to a 4.15 ERA as a freshman with the Chanticleers last season.
Andrew Fischer
Third baseman | Duke
Fischer stood out on both offense and defense for Duke last season, posting a .999 OPS with 11 home runs while making only one error all season at third base. He will have three years of eligibility remaining.
JD Urso
Shortstop | Tampa
Urso announced his commitment to the Rebels on June 16. A product of Division II powerhouse University of Tampa, Urso hit .375 with a 1.036 OPS in the 2023 season. He'll have one season of eligibility remaining.
Update: According to a report on July 10 from Chase Parham of Rivals, Urso is no longer expected to play for Ole Miss.
Treyson Hughes
Outfielder | Mercer
Hughes announced his intent to play for the Rebels on June 6. The native of Georgia hit .387 with 11 home runs on his way to being named first-team All-SoCon this season. The outfielder has two years of eligibility remaining.
Kyler Carmack
Pitcher | Arkansas State
Carmack announced his commitment to play for Ole Miss on June 9. After redshirting his first season in Jonesboro, Carmack pitched in 16 games with 12 starts on his way to posting a 3.23 ERA in 2023. The 6-foot-1 righthander also took 24 at-bats for the Red Wolves and registered six hits.
Connor Spencer
Pitcher | Southeastern Louisiana
Spencer announced his commitment on June 27. He comes from SELA where he allowed nine earned runs in 14⅓ innings pitched. Spencer − a native of Hernando, Mississippi − previously played at Northwest Mississippi Community College and Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College.
Luke Hill
Infielder | Arizona State
Hill announced his commitment to Ole Miss on July 17. He is a native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, who primarily played shortstop for the Sun Devils. Hill hit .314 with six home runs and 42 runs driven in this year.
Jackson Ross
Infielder | Florida Atlantic
D1Baseball reported on July 17 that Ross is headed to Ole Miss. He spent two seasons at FAU after two years at Pasco-Hernando State College. With the Owls, he started 115 games at third base. He was a 2023 first-team Conference USA selection after hitting .345 with 14 home runs and 58 RBIs this year.
The Outs
Peyton Chatagnier
Infielder
A longtime fixture in the Ole Miss lineup, Chatagnier announced his intent to enter the transfer portal on June 9. The native of Texas started 183 games for Ole Miss over four years in Oxford, compiling a .265 batting average.
Jordan Vera
Pitcher
Vera reportedly committed to transfer to Virginia Tech on June 5. As a freshman with the Rebels in 2023, Vera pitched to an 8.59 ERA.
TJ McCants
Outfielder
McCants is the most significant departure of the Ole Miss offseason thus far, announcing his decision to enter the portal on May 31. McCants is a former freshman All-American, but struggled at the plate in 2023, hitting just .154 in SEC play.
Matt Parenteau
Pitcher
Parenteau announced his intent to enter the portal on May 31. He appeared in four games out of the bullpen for the Rebels in 2023 before undergoing Tommy John Surgery. In 2022, he pitched in eight games, posting a 4.76 ERA.
Nathan Fink
Outfielder
Fink announced that he'd entered the transfer portal on May 30. The freshman out of IMG Academy did not play for the Rebels in 2023. Fink then committed to play at Florida Southwestern.
Brady Disbro
Pitcher
Disbro also entered the transfer portal shortly after it opened, according to a D1 Baseball report. The California native did not play for the Rebels as a freshman this season.
Will Plattner
Catcher
Plattner announced on May 30 that he would be testing the transfer portal waters. The freshman from Springfield, Illinois, appeared in seven games while starting two for the Rebels in 2023. He went 3-for-10 at the plate with a double and four runs scored.
Banks Tolley
Outfielder
Tolley was the first Rebel of the offseason to announce his intent to transfer. After playing a reserve role in the 2022 season, the product of Meridian Community College didn't play at all for Ole Miss in 2023.
Tommy Henninger
Pitcher
Henninger arrived from junior college for the 2023 season and appeared in four games in relief for Ole Miss, allowing five earned runs. Henninger will play for USC Upstate next season.
Tim Simay
Infielder
Simay entered the portal according to a report from D1 Baseball. After redshirting in 2022, he appeared in four games last season.
