'No grand slams for Spencer Steer, let's hope that continues': Here's John Kruk's TV jinx
Former Philadelphia Phillies infielder John Kruk, a color analyst for the team's TV broadcast during Monday night's game against the Cincinnati Reds at Citizens Bank Park, didn't exactly speak Spencer Steer's 10th-inning grand slam into existence.
If anything, Kruk proved that you can't wish away an extra-inning rally from Steer and the "Rally Reds," which won the series opener 6-3 in 10 innings.
"No grand slams for Spencer Steer, let's hope that continues," Kruk said during the broadcast, just two pitches before Steer sent his first career grand slam into the seats to give the Reds a 6-2 lead.

@JohnKruk @TMacPhils please, please don’t talk about any opposing players and their lack of grand slams with the bases loaded in extras going forward. You get a mulligan for this one. Thanks. @Phillies
