Celine Dion denies any involvement in Montreal-Vegas photo controversy
So, now that the Montreal Canadiens are one win away from the Stanley Cup final, Celine Dion seems to be trying save face with Habs fans after an image of her was shared on the video board at T-Mobile Arena, home of the Vegas Golden Knights, that pictured her in Vegas gear ahead of Game 5.

The multi-time Grammy award winner sent out a tweet on Thursday, wishing Quebecers a Happy Saint-Jean-Baptiste Day. In the same tweet, the music icon addressed the recent controversy that arose due to the photo of her in Golden Knights attire.
To translate, via Twitter: "Happy Saint-Jean-Baptiste to all Quebecers. I embrace you and wish you a happy national day! By the way, I have nothing to do with this photo…. And you know what photo I'm talking about! - Celine xx…"
In the replies to her tweet, many Canadiens fans were quick to allow Dion back on the Habs bandwagon.

As someone who’s been covering this situation very closely for two whole days, I have some reservations. For starters, Dion, while denying the photo, still hasn’t expressly stated where her allegiance lies, something that would erase any doubt that she isn’t rooting for Montreal.
Secondly, this picture still exists.

A simple “Go Habs!” or “Go Golden Knights!” tweet would really help bring this madness to a halt.
