Just two games remain until the 2024 NFL playoffs' finale with Super Bowl LVIII in Las Vegas. Four teams are set to play Sunday in the conference championship week.

The AFC championship game sees the No. 1 seed Baltimore Ravens hosting the No. 3 seed Kansas City Chiefs in the first game of the day. The NFC championship game between the No. 1 seed San Francisco 49ers and No. 3 seed Detroit Lions wraps up the day's action and will finalize the Super Bowl contenders.

All four teams are dealing with injuries to key starters. Here's the latest on some of those players:

Conference championship injury updates:

Baltimore Ravens CB Marlon Humphrey (calf)

Humphrey's missed the Ravens' win over the Texans last week with this calf injury. He was a full-go in practice Friday and is questionable for Sunday's game.

Baltimore Ravens TE Mark Andrews (ankle)

Andrews hasn't played since the Ravens' Week 11 win over the Bengals. He practiced last week ahead of the divisional round game against Houston but did not suit up. He was a full participant in practice Friday and is expected to play Sunday against the Chiefs.

Kansas City Chiefs NT Derrick Nnadi (tricep)

Nnadi missed last week's win over the Bills with this injury and remains out of practice to start this week. He didn't practice at all this week and is out for the AFC championship game.

Kansas City Chiefs RB Isiah Pacheco (ankle, toe)

Pacheco participated in walkthroughs but did not practice Thursday and was limited on Friday. He's questionable for the game and Clyde Edwards-Helaire could see a bigger role.

Kansas City Chiefs G Joe Thuney (pectoral)

The All-Pro guard did not practice Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday and is out for Sunday's game.

Kansas City Chiefs CB L'Jarius Sneed (calf)

Sneed practiced Friday but in a limited role. He missed most of practice last week but still suited up for the Chiefs' win over the Bills.

San Francisco 49ers WR Deebo Samuel (shoulder)

Samuel left last week's win over the Packers early in the first quarter. He missed practice Wednesday but returned on Thursday in a limited capacity. He was a full-go on Friday and he says he'll be playing in Sunday's NFC title game.

Detroit Lions G Jonah Jackson (knee)

Jackson left last week's win over the Buccaneers with a knee injury. He did not practice this week and is out for the NFC title game.

Detroit Lions C Frank Ragnow (ankle, toe, knee, back)

Ragnow has the longest list of injuries of any starter this week. Though he did not practice Wednesday or Thursday, he told Detroit media he's feeling stiff but good overall. He was a full-go in Friday's practice and will likely start Sunday against the 49ers.
