TVLine has learned that Drayer will guest-star as the fated-to-be-famous illusionist in Episode 10 of the freshman drama (airing Jan. 16, right after the holiday break), when the Time Team lands in Chicago 1893 during The World’s Fair. There, an amateur Houdini will employ his budding skills to help make one of the heroes “disappear” during a chase.

As previously reported, Joel Johnstone also guest-stars in the episode, as Dr. Henry Howard Holmes aka H.H. Holmes, one of America’s first documented serial killers.
