Sources: Jazz acquire guard Shelvin Mack

The Utah Jazz acquired guard Shelvin Mack from the Atlanta Hawks for a second-round draft pick, league sources told the Vertical.

Mack, 25, gives the Jazz depth and experience at both guard spots.

He averaged 3.9 points and 1.6 assists in 24 games with the Hawks this season. His best year was 2013-14, when he played 73 games for Atlanta and averaged 7.5 points and 3.7 assists.

Mack has played five NBA seasons with Washington, Philadelphia and Atlanta.
