Source: Raiders try out Pat White, David Carr, Trent Edwards

The Oakland Raiders tried out quarterbacks Pat White, Trent Edwards and David Carr, according to a league source.

White last played for the Washington Redskins and tried out for the Buffalo Bills over the weekend.

Edwards is a former Buffalo Bills starter and Carr is a former Houston Texans starter who last played for the New York Giants as a backup to Eli Manning.

The Raiders also tried out former Cleveland Browns running back Montario Hardesty and running backs Keiland Williams and Jonathan Grimes.

The Raiders auditioned former New York Giants wide receiver Ramses Barden, former Baltimore Ravens wide receiver LaQuan Williams, tight end Evan Moore, former Tampa Bay Buccaneers third-round cornerback Myron Lewis, former Philadelphia Eagles cornerback Curtis Marsh and defensive backs Marcus Burley and Markelle Martin.

None were immediately signed to a contract.
