DIVISION II
Tolman 80, Tiverton 38
The Tigers from Pawtucket pounced early and often and kept their foot on the gas until the final buzzer sounded on their 80-38 win.
Tolman saw six players score to take a 26-6 first quarter lead and the result was never in doubt the rest of the way. Four players reached double figures, led by Nick Fleury with 17. Isiah Gois scored 13 for the Tigers, Dan Saulsby put up 12 and John Hilaire added 11.
Elliot Pasquale led Tiverton with 15 points.
Middletown 70, Toll Gate 49
Roberto Figueras had a night to remember, recording a quadruple-double as the Islanders blew out the Titans, 70-49.
Figueras finished his night with 17 points, 12 assists 11 steals and 10 rebounds. R.J. Wiggins led Middletown in scoring with 25 and Patrick Cranson scored 14.
Jack Colvin reached double digits for Toll Gate with 13 and Dylan Perreault scored 11.
Times2 50, Rogers 49
Samuel Feliz and Steven Garcia came up clutch in overtime, helping the Eagles take down the Vikings 50-49.
The game was close all night long, with Times2 leading 24-22 at halftime and 38-31 after the third until Rogers saw six players score in a fourth-quarter comeback that forced the extra session.
In OT, Felix and Garcia combined for six points, which was enough to withstand the damage done by Alex Toribo’s five to give the Eagles the win.
Garcia led the way for Times2 with 18 points and Feliz finished with 14. John Williams chipped in with seven.
Travis Burroughs was the top scorer for the Vikings, putting up 16.
