Nets vs. Kings game preview: How to watch, TV channel, start time
The Brooklyn Nets (39-30, sixth in the Eastern Conference) welcome the Sacramento Kings (41-27, second in the Western Conference) to Barclays Center on Thursday for the second and final matchup between the two teams this regular-season. Sacramento leads the regular-season series 1-0.
In the first game, a Sacramento 153-121 win on Nov. 15, Kevin Durant scored 27 points to lead the Nets in scoring in a game where they gave up the most points in a regulation game in franchise history. Kyrie Irving did not play as he was serving a team-imposed suspension at the time. Terence Davis scored 31 points off the bench to lead the Kings in scoring for the contest.
Brooklyn comes into this game having won five of its last seven games, but are coming off a disappointing 121-107 loss to the Oklahoma City Thunder on Tuesday. Before the loss, the Nets had impressive wins over the Denver Nuggets and the Minnesota Timberwolves.
Sacramento comes into this matchup having won four of its last five games, including a close 117-114 win over the Chicago Bulls on Wednesday. De’Aaron Fox, who scored 32 points in the game, made a three-pointer with less than one second left in the game to win it for the Kings.
