NBA Twitter reacts to Sixers snapping Bucks’ 16-game winning streak

The Philadelphia 76ers made a statement on Saturday that they should be taken seriously in the Eastern Conference. They went into the Fiserv Forum on Saturday night and they rallied from 18 points down to knock off the Milwaukee Bucks 133-130.

The win snapped Milwaukee’s 16-game winning streak. The win was especially impressive when considering that the Sixers lost Tobias Harris and PJ Tucker to injuries mid-game. That’s two starters that Philadelphia lost and they were able to overcome adversity there.

Their star duo stepped up the challenge in Milwaukee. James Harden was fantastic and had 38 points, 10 assists, and nine rebounds while Joel Embiid had 31 points, 10 assists, and six rebounds. Harden had 19 points in the fourth quarter alone and he and Embiid both knocked down big triples in order to complete the rally and get the job done.
