NBA Twitter reacts to Sixers’ blowout loss in Game 7
The Philadelphia 76ers season came to and end on Sunday afternoon in Boston, and it couldn’t have been an uglier performance for the Sixers’ star duo of Joel Embiid and James Harden in a resounding 112-88 loss.
Jayson Tatum dropped 51 points to send the Celtics to the Eastern Conference Finals, as Boston blew the game open in the third quarter, winning the period 33-10.
Embiid was held to 15 points on 5-of-18 shooting, and Harden went 3-of-11 from the field, scoring just nine points. Tatum and Jaylen Brown (76 points) combined to outscore the entire Sixers starting five.

So that's essentially 70 points in the last 48 minutes of game action for Jayson Tatum vs. the Sixers. What a stretch from the end of Game 6 through Game 7.

The Sixers are collapsing on the court. Only question now is if this implosion carries over to the offseason.
