NBA Twitter reacts to Josh Giddey’s Rising Stars Challenge performance
Oklahoma City Thunder rookie guard Josh Giddey’s night ended prematurely for the Rising Stars Challenge as Team Worthy lost to Team Isiah, 50-49. Giddey finished the game with two points, nine rebounds and six assists.
A very Giddey-esque statline I must say as the guard is averaging 12.4 points, 7.8 rebounds and 6.4 assists in 53 games this season. At the unofficial halfway mark of the season, Giddey has collected four triple-doubles that include a current three-game streak.
While Giddey’s Friday is done for All-Star festivities, he still has Saturday night to look forward to as he will participate in the Taco Bell Skills Challenge.
