National Signing Day: Orlando area football players sign with college programs
National Signing Day kicked off Wednesday with Orlando area football players from 16 high schools signing on with college programs.
The early signing period, which remains open through Friday, so far includes three local pledges to UCF, two to Florida State and another to Florida Atlantic.
The regular football signing period opens Feb. 7.
The list of confirmed high school football signees from schools in Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Lake and southwest Volusia counties is listed below.
