National Kubb Championship to take place in Eau Claire this weekend

Jul. 13—The 16th U.S. National Kubb Championship will be held in Eau Claire from July 14-16 at the Eau Claire Soccer Park. Players from 22 different states as well as teams from Germany and Sweden will take part in the event according to a release from Visit Eau Claire.

The games begin on Friday with the U.S. Junior Kubb Championship beginning at 9 a.m. and continuing with the skills competition beginning at 5:30 p.m. Group play will begin at 9 a.m. Saturday and the playoffs will begin at 1 p.m.
