MSU listed as one of best college basketball programs over last 10 years
Michigan State is one of the top 10 college basketball programs in the last 10 years, according to Kevin Flaherty of 247Sports.
Flaherty released a top 10 ranking of the best college basketball programs in the last 10 years, with Michigan State just making the cut. The Spartans came in at No. 9 — one spot ahead of rival Michigan. Michigan State and Michigan were the lone Big Ten teams to make this list, indicating that the Spartans have been the most successful basketball program in the league in the last 10 years.

Each of these programs have experienced a ton of success in the last decade so I don’t have any issues with the particular teams on the list. But I’m not sure I’d have Kentucky at the top, with the Wildcats not always showing consistency from year-to-year.
Either way, this is a fun list and it’s always nice to the Spartans’ wildly-successful basketball program under Tom Izzo get some recognition of this nature.
