The Alabama High School football season is finally here with kickoffs set for Aug. 24-26 for programs statewide.
The slate of games Thursday, Aug. 24, started Week Zero. Beauregard took down Selma 29-6 in game one of the AHSAA Kickoff Classic. Holtville football scored 28 unanswered points to stun Fulton on the road. And reigning 4A champion Andalusia began 2023 in dominant fashion with a 42-8 victory over Opp.

Kickoff for the AHSAA Kickoff Classic game two will be at 8 p.m.
