Tua Tagovailoa leads the Dolphins (11-4) to face Lamar Jackson and the Ravens (12-3) in a 1 p.m. kickoff between teams with the best two records in the conference.

Both teams enter off arguably their best wins of the season. Miami picked up a last-second victory over the Dallas Cowboys in Hard Rock Stadium last week while Baltimore throttled the San Francisco 49ers on Monday Night Football.

Tagovailoa and Jackson are considered frontrunners for the NFL MVP award.

Tagovailoa leads the NFL with 4,214 passing yards and 26 touchdowns with a league-leading 70.5 completion percentage. His top target has been Tyreek Hill, who leads the NFL with 1,641 receiving yards and 12 touchdowns.

Fellow wide receiver Jaylen Waddle will miss Sunday's game after picking up a high ankle sprain against the Cowboys.

The Ravens lead the all-time series against the Dolphins 10-8. Miami won the last meeting between the teams 42-38 on Sept. 18, 2022 in a massive comeback in Baltimore.

Ravens smash Dolphins to secure No. 1 seed

The Baltimore Ravens locked up the No. 1 seed in the AFC with a 56-19 walloping of the Miami Dolphins on Sunday.

Backup quarterback Tyler Huntley added to the Dolphins pain by throwing a garbage time touchdown to add the Miami deficit.

Boynton Beach native Lamar Jackson threw for five touchdowns to add to his MVP candidacy in the victory.

Melvin Gordon rushing touchdown

The blowout is getting worse and worse for the Dolphins.

Melvin Gordon converted a short rushing touchdown and the Dolphins fumbled on their first play of scrimmage on the ensuing drive.

Baltimore leads 49-19 with less than four minutes remaining.

Lamar Jackson throws fifth touchdown

Lamar Jackson is smashing the Dolphins defense.

Jackson threw his fifth touchdown of the afternoon to extend Baltimore's advantage to 42-19 in this crucial matchup for the top seed in the AFC.

Baltimore leads 42-19 midway through the fourth quarter.

De'Von Achane touchdown reception keeps Miami alive

The Dolphins have found the end zone for the first time since the first quarter with a Tua Tagovailoa touchdown pass to De'Von Achane.

Miami's two-point conversion attempt was no good.

The Dolphins trail 35-19 with 13:57 left in the fourth quarter.

Scoring drive: 78 yards, 14 plays

Tua Tagovailoa throws second interception

The Dolphins could not capitalize on a Zach Sieler forced fumble as Tua Tagovailoa threw his second interception, this time overthrowing Tyreek Hill.

Miami managed to force a stop against the Ravens offense, however, and will take over the ball at their own 22-yard line after the punt.

Ravens pouring it on Dolphins in third quarter

The Dolphins allowed a long kickoff return to open the third quarter and are now on their heels in Baltimore.

Baltimore scored on its opening drive with a Lamar Jackson pass to a wide-open Isaiah Likely, his second touchdown reception of the game.

Miami trails 35-13 early in the third quarter.

Ravens blow open lead with long touchdown

The Dolphins defense has busted again as Lamar Jackson converted a fourth-and-7 in Miami territory to build a 28-13 lead with 1:24 left until halftime.

Jackson's pass found tight end Isaiah Likely, who made a one-handed catch and outran multiple Dolphins defenders to reach the end zone.

Tua Tagovailoa throws interception at 2-minute warning

After successful plays to De'Von Achane and Durham Smythe, the Dolphins hustled to the line to sneak in another play at the 2-minute warning.

It was a mistake: Tua Tagovailoa threw a pass into traffic that was intercepted by Ravens defender Roquan Smith and returned into Miami territory.

Baltimore leads 21-13 at the 2-minute warning.

Ravens strike with 75-yard touchdown pass

Wide receiver Zay Flowers cut open the Dolphins defense for a 75-yard touchdown on the Ravens' first play after the Miami field goal.

It's the longest career play from scrimmage for Flowers, who is a rookie.

Baltimore extended its advantage to 21-13 with 2:58 to halftime.

Jason Sanders hits field goal to tighten score

The Dolphins have narrowed the deficit to 14-13 with a 38-yard field goal by Jason Sanders.

Wide receiver Tyreek Hill, who was targeted on a third-down incompletion, walked off the field and appeared to be in pain after falling awkwardly.

Gus Edwards touchdown gives Ravens lead

The Ravens moved deep into Dolphins territory with a connection between Lamar Jackson and Odell Beckham Jr. The play withstood a challenge by Miami head coach Mike McDaniel.

Ravens running back Gus Edwards plunged in at the goal line, his 12th score from a goal-to-go situation this year.

Baltimore leads 14-10 with 6:56 left until halftime.

Dolphins settle for field goal after Tyreek Hill drop

Tyreek Hill dropped an easy touchdown reception in the Ravens end zone on third down to spoil another potential touchdown drive.

Jason Sanders converted the short field goal to give Miami a 10-7 lead.

Xavien Howard exits game on cart

Dolphins standout defensive back Xavien Howard exited the field on a cart after suffering a foot injury on Miami's first defensive drive.

He is considered questionable to return. CBS' broadcast indicated he could not put weight on his foot on the sideline.

Lamar Jackson capitalizes on Dolphins miscues

The Ravens have a quick answer to make the score 7-7.

Baltimore's Lamar Jackson threw a 20-yard touchdown pass to Justice Hill for a touchdown to respond to the Dolphins' opening scoring drive.

Earlier in the drive, Jackson and the Ravens converted a third-and-16 with a short pass to Justice Hill, which he ran 18 yards to convert the first down.

The Ravens suffered a pair of setback before converting the first down: Lamar Jackson's 42-yard pass to Rashod Bateman did not survive Bateman's contact with the ground while another long Jackson pass to Hill was called back due to offensive pass interference.

Cedrick Wilson Jr. gives Dolphins first blood

Quarterback Tua Tagovailoa hit Cedrick Wilson Jr. for a touchdown pass the Dolphins moved straight down the field easily for an opening score.

Miami leads 7-0 with 11:00 left in the first quarter.

Scoring drive: 8 plays, 75 yards, 4:00

Emmanuel Ogbah scratched from Ravens matchup

Defensive end Emmanuel Ogbah has been ruled inactive for the Ravens game.

He'll join Jaylen Waddle, Skylar Thompson, Robert Hunt, Tyler Kroft and Raheem Mostert as players unavailable SUnday.

Raheem Mostert ruled out for Ravens game

The Miami Dolphins will be without star running back Raheem Mostert for Sunday's huge matchup against the Ravens.

Mostert has been dealing with nagging knee and ankle injuries and was unable to recover in time for the game.

Running backs Jeff Wilson Jr. and De'Von Achane are in line for more work due to the injury.
