Mets Opening Day postponed, to be made up on Friday

Mets Opening Day, originally scheduled for Thursday at 1:10 p.m. at Citi Field, has been postponed due to forecasted rain.

The game will now be played on Friday at 1:40 p.m.

Fans holding paid tickets for the game originally scheduled to be played at 1:10 p.m. on Thursday may use them for the rescheduled game on Friday.

Gates will open at 11:40 a.m., and parking lots at the ballpark will open at 10:40 a.m.
