Meet The Oklahoman's 2024 Super 5 girls basketball first team

Here is The Oklahoman's Super 5 girls basketball first team selections for the 2023-24 season:

Super 5 Player of the Year: Keeley Parks, Norman

5-foot-11 | Guard | Junior

The story: Parks had an outstanding season on offense, setting Norman’s single-game scoring record with 51 points and averaging 26.3 points per game. That success started with defense. The Gatorade Oklahoma Player of the Year averaged 5.6 steals per game and posted 13 double-doubles, including five with double-digit steals. Her stat line also featured averages of 8.5 rebounds and 2.9 assists per game. As Norman’s only returning varsity starter, she powered the Tigers to a 17-10 record, engineering massive comebacks to advance one game away from the Class 6A state tournament.

Keziah Lofton, Bethany

6-foot-1 | Guard | Junior

The story: Lofton won back-to-back state titles with Bethany and secured back-to-back appearances on the Super 5 first team. The OU commit averaged 18.8 points and six rebounds per game with an efficient 50.1 field-goal percentage. If Lofton was on the bench at the end of a game, it usually meant she and OU signee Zya Vann had propelled top-ranked Class 4A Bethany (26-4) to another dominant start.
