Marist girls lacrosse undefeated heading into postseason

The Marist lacrosse team capped a historic season, defeating Roseburg, 18-5, Tuesday night.

The Spartans finished as the only undefeated team at 16-0 in the south division of the Oregon Girls Lacrosse Association for the first time in program history.

"I was expecting us to have a really good season, to compete for our league, but nowhere near what they've done this year," said Marist head coach Ryan De Lee, whose three daughters are on the team.
