LIVE: Pacers vs. Knicks score updates, highlights from NBA playoffs Game 7

The Indiana Pacers and New York Knicks play Game 7 in their NBA Eastern Conference semifinals series at Madison Square Garden on Sunday afternoon. The winner meets the Boston Celtics in the Eastern Conference finals.

Home court has meant everything. Each team is 3-0 at home, winning the rebounding battle every game. The Pacers extended the series with a resounding Game 6 win at Gainbridge Fieldhouse.

New York, which has battled injuries throughout the series, hope Josh Hart (abdomen) and OG Anunoby (hamstring) can play. They were both listed as questionable.

FINAL: Pacers 130, Knicks 109

The Indiana Pacers are back in the Eastern Conference finals for the first time since 2014 after shooting an NBA playoff record 67.1% from the field against the Knicks.

Tyrese Haliburton hit 10-of-17 shots, 6-of-12 on 3s, to score 26 points. The Pacers held Jalen Brunson to 17 points on 6-of-17 shooting as he left the game late in the third quarter with a broken hand. Donte DiVincenzo led the Knicks with 39 points.

The Pacers pushed the lead to 112-92 but Mile McBride and Alec Burks (5 points) scored seven consecutive points, causing Indiana to call a timeout.

The Pacers have maintained their lead with Jalen Brunson in the locker room due to a broken hand. Aaron Nesmith and Andrew Nembhard have combined to shoot 12-of-13 for 27 points in the game.

There are reports that Knicks point guard Jalen Brunson went to the locker room at the end of the quarter, then Donte DiVincenzo (team-high 23 points) was moving gingerly.

T.J. McConnell inspired the Pacers play in the third quarter and is 5-of-6 for 10 points with 6 assists and is +25 in 17 minutes. Tyrese Haliburton has 24 points.

The Knicks cut the lead to 73-67 with 8:06 to play in the third on a Josh Hart basket but the Pacers responded with 9-3 run with Andrew Nembhard, Aaron Nesmith, Myles Turner (3-pointer) and Tyrese Haliburton scoring.

It took 2 minutes for the Knicks to score 4 points to open the second half but the Pacers have been shutout due to two turnovers and a missed 3 by Tyrese Haliburton.

Pascal Siakam blocked a Jalen Brunson layup at the end of the half to keep the Pacers up by 15.

Siakam has 15 points, Haliburton 16 as the Pacers are shooting 76.3% overall, 66.7% on 3s and 80.0% on free throws.

Alec Burks came off the bench to score 14 for the Knicks; Donte DiVincenzo also has 14. Brunson has 12 points but on 4-of-13 shooting, with 8 assists.

The largest halftime deficit overcome in a Game 7 is 11 points. The Knicks are 0-5 when trailing by 15 or more at the half.

Alec Burks -- who couldn't get off the bench at the start of this series -- has scored 14 points but the Pacers have maintained their distance.

Pacers point guard T.J. McConnell comes off the bench to score 6 points on 3-of-3 shooting as the team remains red hot: 80% overall, 77.8% on 3s.

Tyrese Haliburton has 14 in the first quarter, Pascal Siakam 11. Donte DiVencenzo leads the Knicks with 12 points, including 3-of-6 3-pointers.

Donte DiVincenzo and Pascal Siakam have to be separated as players come off both benches, including Indiana's James Johnson. Pacers call timeout to challenge a foul on Haliburton.

The Pacers hit 7-of-8 shots to start the game behind Pascal Siakam (3-of-3, 6 points), Myles Turner (2-of-2, 5 points) and Andrew Nembhard (2-of-2, 5 points). OG Anunoby hit his first two shots to lead the Knicks with 5.
