LeSean McCoy’s ex-girlfriend has accused him of plotting to burglarize a home she was occupying, child abuse and animal abuse in a lawsuit against the Buffalo Bills running back.

Now Delicia Cordon accuses McCoy of abusing her in an amendment to the suit originally filed in August.

Lawsuit: McCoy physically kicked ex-girlfriend out of bed

Defendant McCoy became physically abusive to Plaintiff,” the amendment to the August 10 lawsuit reads.

“McCoy is extremely strong and was heavy-handed,” the amendment reads. “He would often grab Plaintiff in a manner that was painful and would leave Plaintiff’s skin reddened. McCoy did not care who was around when he would become enraged. McCoy once physically kicked Plaintiff out of the bed.

“To make up for his behavior, McCoy would often apologize and even buy Plaintiff’s gifts. Because she truly loved McCoy, and she believed that he truly loved her, Plaintiff sought to make their relationship work despite the fact that McCoy was physically abusive to her. Further, Plaintiff did not want to cause hurt or damage to McCoy’s reputation as a professional football player, and she never revealed the alarming realities of being in a relationship with McCoy before filing the instant litigation.”

McCoy already accused of plotting home invasion

The original suit filed in Georgia accuses McCoy and a second defendant, Tamarcus Porter, of creating a home environment that leaves them “liable for the assault, battery, and intentional infliction of emotional distress” she says she suffered during a July 10 home invasion.

Cordon is seeking $133,000 for jewelry taken in the alleged home invasion in which she described hearing noise from Porter’s old bedroom. Porter is a friend of McCoy’s whom Cordon described as a frequent house guest in their shared Georgia home who would come “in and out of the home unannounced.”

“The assailant entered the Residence without forcible entry. Plaintiff was startled by loud noises in the residence in Porter’s old bedroom. Plaintiff exited the master bedroom to check on her minor son. The assailant held plaintiff at gunpoint, struck Plaintiff in the face several times with his firearm, demanded specific articles of jewelry given to Plaintiff by McCoy for her birthday in 2016, and indicated that he knew McCoy.”

McCoy was out of the state when the invasion occurred.

McCoy accused of beating son, dog

Cordon describes McCoy as volatile and violent, taking out his anger on his dog, his son and now, her. She claims that McCoy once beat his dog to the point of breaking the animal’s ribs.

“When Plaintiff expressed concern about McCoy beating his dog, he would turn his anger against Plaintiff. … When Plaintiff questioned McCoy about beating his son, he would yell and scream at Plaintiff for commenting on how he should raise his son.”

Mother of McCoy’s son backs Cordon’s claim

On Sept. 21, Cordon held a news conference claiming that other women had reached out to her about suffering abuse from McCoy.

“In addition to Stephanie Maisonet [who, as the mother of McCoy’s child, accused McCoy of abuse earlier this week], other women have contacted me about how LeSean has physically abused them, taken back gifts he has given them, and exhibited other aggressive behavior toward them and toward his child,” she said. “I hope that seeing me and Ms. Maisonet come forward will give them the strength to come forward too.”

Maisonet has filed an affidavit supporting Cordon’s claims that McCoy abused their 6-year-old son.

McCoy maintains innocence

McCoy continued to maintain his innocence when asked about the latest claims at Bills practice on Wednesday.

“I can’t control that,” McCoy said, per ESPN. “All I can do is just focus in on my team, try to get better and let the things off the field take care of themselves.”
