Kyle Noke Off UFC on FX 6 Fight Card Due to Injury

Kyle Noke is injured and has been forced out of his planned UFC on FX 6 bout against Seth Baczynski, according to UFC officials.

Any time that a fighter has to drop out of a bout is disappointing, but dropping off of the UFC on FX 6 fight card planned for his home turf of Queensland, Australia.

“Fighting on the Gold Coast is a dream come true,” said Noke when the bout was originally announced. “When I found out that the UFC was holding an event in Queensland, where I started my MMA career, I wanted to fight at this event more than anything.”

Noke will now sit on the sidelines when George Sotiropoulos faces Ross Pearson and the TUF “The Smashes” finals take place on Dec. 15 at the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre in Broadbeach, Queensland.

There has been no word of a replacement to face Baczynski at the time of publication.
