Kyle Hamilton doing Billy Madison impression following rookie campaign

For one all-time Notre Dame great, his rookie year should be considered a success despite the tough loss it ended on over the weekend.  Kyle Hamilton showed he was worth every bit of the 14th overall pick in last year’s NFL draft for the Baltimore Ravens and capped the year by forcing and recovering a fumble in their season-ending loss to Cincinnati this weekend.

After his first NFL season though, it’s back to the books for Hamilton.  And not a playbook.

Hamilton had previously said he has roughly 17 credit hours to go in order to receive his degree from Notre Dame.  He’ll start to really pick away at that immediately, as classes started for the spring semester this Tuesday.

Just like Billy Madison back in the day.

“Back to school, back to school, to prove to dad (mom in this case), I’m not a fool!”
