Kyle Booker records two hits against Elizabethton
Tennessee outfielder Kyle Booker recorded two hits and scored one run for Kingsport Wednesday.
Kingsport defeated Elizabethton, 3-1, in an Appalachian League game Wednesday.
Booker went 2-for-4 for the Axmen (25-9) Wednesday.
He has totaled 16 hits, one home run, two doubles, 10 RBIs, 15 runs and three stolen bases, while recording a .340 batting average.
Booker, a native of Southaven, Mississippi, appeared in 29 games for the Vols in 2022. He started six contests during the 2022 season.
Booker recorded a .222 batting average, totaling 10 RBIs, 12 runs, 10 hits, three doubles and one home run in 2022 with the Vols.
