Kevin Durant on what he needs to improve on in Game 2 vs. Boston

Kevin Durant’s mid-range game was working in stretches of Game 1 against the Boston Celtics, but the NBA’s top defense did a solid job of limiting Durant, who finished with 23 points and a game-high six turnovers.

After the one-point loss at the buzzer, Durant gave the Celtics credit for how they handled him defensively.

“They did a good job of forcing me away and helping in the paint. I’ve just got to be more fundamental with my moves. I feel like some shots went in and out for me today, but I’ve still got to be … I played fast and turned the ball over. I mean, I’ve just got to slow down and play my game.”
