Kentucky Scholastic Lacrosse League state tournament pairings: See the Louisville matchups
The St. Xavier High School boys lacrosse team will begin its quest for a fifth straight Kentucky Scholastic Lacrosse League state championship Monday.
Draws were held Friday for the KSLL tournaments, and St. X will host Kentucky Country Day at 6 p.m. Monday in a quarterfinal.
Quarterfinals will be hosted by regional champions. Trinity will host the semifinals Wednesday and the final Monday, May 22, at 7 p.m.
St. X has defeated Trinity in the past four KSLL finals, including 13-6 last year.
On the girls side, Kentucky Country Day will be seeking its third straight state title after beating Sacred Heart in the past two finals.

KCD will host Collegiate at 9:30 a.m. Saturday in a quarterfinal.
Ballard will host Tuesday’s semifinals and Thursday’s 6:30 p.m. final.

Boys
Monday – North Oldham at Trinity, 6 p.m.; Kentucky Country Day at St. Xavier, 6 p.m.; Ballard at Eastern, 6 p.m.; Collegiate at South Oldham, 6:30 p.m.
Wednesday (at Trinity) – North Oldham-Trinity winner vs. Kentucky Country Day-St. Xavier winner, 5:30 p.m.; Ballard-Eastern winner vs. Collegiate-South Oldham winner, 7:30 p.m.
Monday, May 22 (at Trinity) – Final, 7 p.m.

Saturday – Collegiate at Kentucky Country Day, 9:30 a.m.; Notre Dame at Manual, 10 a.m.; Mercy at Eastern, 2 p.m.; Ballard at Sacred Heart, 2:30 p.m.
Tuesday (at Ballard) – Notre Dame-Manual winner vs. Mercy-Eastern winner, 5:30 p.m.; Collegiate-Kentucky Country Day winner vs. Ballard-Sacred Heart winner, 7:30 p.m.
Thursday (at Ballard) – Final, 6:30 p.m.
