INDIANAPOLIS — Jusuf Nurkic will be out remainder of Suns-Pacers matchup with left thumb injury, Suns officials said.

He left the game with 3:44 left in the third quarter and didn't return.

Bradley Beal took a hit the nose from Myles Turner, who caught him with an elbow en route to the basket and was called for an offensive foul. It was reviewed and remained a common foul.

Beal checked out with 8:09 remaining in the third as he went to the locker room with a towel pressed to his face. He returned to the bench in the fourth and checked back in with 10:32 remaining in the game and wasn't wearing a mask.
