Joel Embiid now listed as questionable for Sixers vs. Heat due to foot

The Philadelphia 76ers are looking to bounce back on Wednesday when they take on the Miami Heat on the road to begin a five-game road trip. The Sixers have lost two in a row, including a loss to the Heat at home on Monday, and they need to get back on track.

They may have to do so without their star big man in Joel Embiid. After avoiding the injury report for the first three games coming out of the All-Star break, Embiid is now listed as questionable for Wednesday’s contest with the Heat due to left foot soreness. An injury he has been dealing with for a majority of the season.

Of course, Embiid was listed as questionable for quite a few games in a row before the break and he played in every single one of them. One has to figure that he will play on Wednesday against the Heat.

Tipoff from Miami-Dade Arena is set for 7:30 p.m. EST.
