Cincinnati Bengals running back Joe Mixon appeared to injure his shoulder during a third-quarter carry in Sunday's NFL Week 14 game against the Indianapolis Colts at Paycor Stadium.

Mixon was slow to get up at the end of the play. CBS' broadcast showed Mixon having his shoulder evaluated on the sideline after Tanner Hudson's touchdown catch.

Mixon was back in the game for the Bengals' next offensive possession.

Later in the third quarter, Mixon helped quarterback Jake Browning get into the end zone to give the Bengals a two-touchdown lead.

The Enquirer will update this story.
