Jets’ Robert Saleh updates Aaron Rodgers: ‘It’s not good’

The news the NFL world is looking for is, direct quote, “not good.”

That’s the update Jets head coach Robert Saleh provided reporters following his team’s 22-16 win over the Bills.

Rodgers was originally designated to have an ankle injury when he left the Monday Night Football matchup against the Bills. Leonard Floyd earned his first sack as a Bill and Rodgers’ foot was awkwardly rolled on the play.

It took place only three snaps into his Rodgers’ first start with the Jets.

While the Jets did beat the Bills, they will likely be considered the team most likely to finish dead last in the AFC East now without their star QB. It’ could be a long season with Zach Wilson leading the way, but their defense was stellar against the Bills.
