Jamal Adams shares videos of rehab process for his quad injury

Seahawks strong safety Jamal Adams‘ 2022 season ended almost before it could even begin. Adams kicked off the campaign on a tear in Week 1 against the Broncos, but he only played 15 snaps before suffering a major quad injury that forced him to have surgery and go on injured reserve.

Good news: Adams appears to be making progress. This week he shared a few videos on his Twitter page of the rehab process.

Adams has appeared in 25 games for Seattle since getting traded from the Jets. By the end of the regular season he will also have missed 25 games due to injuries.
