Jalen Williams injury: OKC Thunder forward exits Game 3 vs Mavericks in third quarter

Jalen Williams exited the third quarter of Game 3 between OKC and Dallas on Saturday.

Williams attempted to fight off a screen by Josh Green at the 3:06 mark and turned his left ankle in the process. He then limped into the locker room for further evaluation.

OKC and Dallas are tied at 1-1 in the Western Conference semifinals series. Williams recorded 11 points and six assists in 28 minutes prior to his injury.

Williams is a key contributor for the Thunder. The second-year forward is averaging 20.5 points and 6.3 rebounds this postseason.

Update: Williams returned to the game with 10:22 left in the fourth quarter.
