Iowa Hawkeyes vs. Kansas State Wildcats: TV, streaming, broadcast info for Thursday

The No. 2 Iowa women’s basketball team is back in action tonight from Carver-Hawkeye Arena where the Hawkeyes welcome in the Kansas State Wildcats.

Iowa (3-0) is off to a great start following a 102-46 win over Fairleigh Dickinson, an 80-76 win over then-No. 5 Virginia Tech and a 94-53 road romp over Northern Iowa.

Senior guard and reigning National Player of the Year Caitlin Clark scored 44 points, collected eight rebounds and handed out six assists in Iowa’s signature win over in Virginia Tech in Charlotte, N.C., during the Ally Tipoff last week. The Hokies were a fellow Final Four participant last season.

Clark became Iowa’s all-time scoring leader while dropping 24 points against UNI. The West Des Moines native also tied former Oregon star Sabrina Ionescu for most career triple-doubles in the win over the Panthers. Clark had 11 assists and 10 rebounds versus Northern Iowa for her 12th career triple-double.

Meanwhile, Kansas State (2-0) enters this evening’s contest after wins over Presbyterian (69-35) and at Little Rock (77-39). Sixth-year KSU senior center Ayoka Lee has returned from knee surgery that sidelined her for the entirety of the 2022-23 season and returned to her All-American form.

The 6-foot-6 center from Byron, Minnesota, is averaging 23 points, 8.5 rebounds, 2.5 blocks and 1.5 assists per game on 66.7% field goal shooting thus far in the 2023-24 season. Lee set the NCAA women’s basketball record for points in a single game with 61 points on 23-of-30 shooting against Oklahoma in a 94-65 win over the Sooners on Jan. 23, 2022.

Iowa might have revenge on its minds tonight. The Hawkeyes went to Manhattan, Kansas, ranked as the country’s No. 6 team and were upset by the Wildcats, 84-83, last year.

It’s Military Appreciation night in Iowa City. Here’s how Hawkeye fans can watch, listen and stream Iowa versus K-State. Plus, a look at tonight’s game notes.
