      Oregon State Soccer Earns Birth In The NCAA Tournament; Will Face Virginia Tech

      After finishing the regular season with a 9-4 record, the Oregon State men’s soccer team earned a birth in the 2021 NCAA Tournament on Monday. The Beavers received an at-large bid to the condensed field of 36 teams and will square off with Virginia Tech in their first game. It is just the fifth appearance of all-time for Oregon State, but yet the second in the last three seasons under the guidance of head coach Terry Boss.

      Bronco Mendenhall confirms that Lavel Davis Jr, Chico Bennett Jr have ACL injuries

      Virginia fans got some bad news on Monday afternoon as football head coach Bronco Mendenhall confirmed that electric wide receiver Lavel Davis Jr. has torn his ACL. Davis Jr., a second year, was looking to build off of a highly successful freshman campaign that saw him haul in 515 yards and five touchdown catches. His 25.8 yards per reception mark was best in the ACC and second in the nation.
