Houston Texans at Tennessee Titans: Predictions, picks and odds for NFL Week 15 game

The Houston Texans (7-6) are still hunting for a playoff spot, but they'll face a Tennessee Titans (5-8) team coming off its biggest win of the season in Week 15.

It was a beatdown in New York for Houston last week, as the Texans couldn't get anything going against the Jets. To make matters worse, C.J. Stroud left the game with a concussion, meaning the promising rookie could miss this week's pivotal game.

The biggest upset of Week 14 likely belongs to the Tennessee Titans, who rallied from a 14-point deficit to stun the Miami Dolphins on the road. It was a late-game performance few people saw coming, and certainly gives Will Levis optimism as he gets familiar in the starting role.

Lorenzo Reyes: Titans 19, Texans 13

Tennessee is playing with a ton of confidence, but with the status of Texans quarterback C.J. Stroud (concussion) in doubt, it would be best to wait closer to kickoff. Still, Houston is extremely banged up and may have a tough go, even if Stroud can suit up.

Tyler Dragon: Texans 24, Titans 20

Stroud is in concussion protocol and leading receiver Nico Collins has a calf injury. If they are both inactive the Texans will have a difficult time on the road. The Texans are a better team if the rookie of the year favorite and Collins are available. The Titans are the first team in 47 years to win a game in regulation after trailing by at least 14 points with less than three minutes remaining.

Safid Deen: Titans 23, Texans 17

Will Levis had his first comeback win in the NFL last week, which is encouraging for the Titans’ future. They could win another one this week with Stroud possibly out due to a concussion.

Victoria Hernandez: Titans 24, Texans 20

The Texans are battered and bruised after another game that served as a nudge to the NFL to get rid of the MetLife Stadium turf. The Titans are riding high after a primetime upset of the mighty Dolphins. A lot of the rookie of the year conversation has revolved around Stroud, but he’s in concussion protocol, which opens the door for Will Levis to keep shining with Derrick Henry and DeAndre Hopkins.

Jordan Mendoza: Titans 23, Texans 18

This game will largely hinge on whether Stroud is healthy enough to suit up. But Tennessee is coming off an inspiring performance, and the momentum they have should carry into this game. Houston struggles without Stroud and drops its first meeting with Tennessee.
