Guernsey Eagles shine at tournament; Rick Lynch receives coach award

CAMBRIDGE − The Guernsey Eagles played in a 3-on-3 tournament on Feb. 10 in Strasburg.

Taking home second place were DJ Hall, Robert Covington and Jason Hall. Coming in third place was the team comprised of Aaron Kennedy, David Peoples, Adam Finch and Shawn Lemley.

Eagles Coach Rick Lynch was also awarded at the tournament, receiving the All-Star Coach Award.

On Feb. 13, the Eagles hosted Tuscarawas Rockets, losing 37-57. Top scorers for the Eagles included Robert Covington with 20 points and JJ Raine with 5 points.
