Guardians put together 5-run 7th, beat Dodgers at home

The Guardians rallied in the seventh and took down the Los Angeles Dodgers 8-3 Tuesday night at Progressive Field.

Cleveland (60-66) entered the seventh inning trailing 3-2. With two runners on, Steven Kwan singled home the tying run, Jose Ramirez put the Guardians on top with an RBI single to center field and Kole Calhoun provided the exclamation point with a three-run home run.

Oscar Gonzalez also homered in the win.

Guardians starting pitcher Noah Syndergaard allowed three runs on four hits in six innings. He struck out four.
