Grizzlies live score updates vs. Knicks: Memphis could be without 13 players again

Who will suit up for the Memphis Grizzlies on Tuesday night?

The Grizzlies were without 13 players on Sunday in Boston and again have 13 players listed on the injury report ahead of Tuesday's game in New York against the Knicks. John Konchar, Vince Williams Jr., Derrick Rose and Santi Aldama are all listed as questionable, while Jaren Jackson Jr. and Xavier Tillman Sr. are doubtful.

Memphis has struggled with injuries all season, but the crisis has been even worse over the past few weeks. The Grizzlies have three players on their roster on 10-day contracts, and all of them saw action in the loss to the Celtics.

GG Jackson — a second-round pick who began this season with the Memphis Hustle in the G League — was the focal point of the offense on Sunday night and made his first career start. Along with Luke Kennard, he'll be expected to carry the scoring load again Tuesday if none of the questionable players are able to go.

The Knicks (32-18) had won nine in a row before Saturday's loss to the Lakers, while the Grizzlies (18-32) have lost five in a row.

Grizzlies vs. Knicks live score updates

Final: Knicks 123, Grizzlies 113

The Grizzlies pulled off an impressive comeback and got it as close as four points in the fourth quarter, but in the end they just ran out of time to make it all the way back. It was the fifth-straight loss for Memphis, which now heads home to play the Bulls on Thursday at FedExForum.

Jemison scored 12 points and added five rebounds in another impressive performance. GG Jackson scored 16 points, while Williams had 19. Donte DiVincenzo had 32 points to pace the Knicks.

Grizzlies make it interesting

Memphis has reeled off an 18-1 run to cut the lead to nine with just under six minutes left in the game. Jacob Gilyard has gotten it going and is 4-of-5 on 3-pointers.

End of third quarter: Knicks 97, Grizzlies 74

Vince Williams Jr. leads the Grizzlies with 17 points, while Trey Jemison has a career-high 10. But Brunson is up to 26 points, and the Grizzlies haven't been able to eat into the deficit.

Rose exits with injury

Derrick Rose left the game with right ankle soreness and is out for the game, the Grizzlies said.

Halftime: Knicks 70, Grizzlies 46

It's another blowout, but not an entirely unexpected one with the state of the Grizzlies roster. Memphis is shooting 53 percent from 3-point range, which is keeping the game closer than it probably should be. The Grizzlies have also turned it over 11 times. Brunson leads New York with 19 points, but at this rate he won't be playing far into the second half.

End of first quarter: Knicks 33, Grizzlies 24

The Grizzlies hung in the game, but it's going to be an uphill battle all night. Without Jaren Jackson Jr's scoring, Memphis will need major contributions from pretty much everyone who's available.

Knicks start fast

The Knicks came out firing, jumping out to a 12-2 lead in less than four minutes. Jalen Brunson already has seven points.

Grizzlies get good injury news

The four Grizzlies players listed as questionable — John Konchar, Santi Aldama, Vince Williams Jr. and Derrick Rose — are all active. That gives Memphis more than enough active players to fill out the rotation after struggling with only eight players on Sunday night.
