CAAC BLUE

DEWITT
▶ Last season: 2nd
▶ Coach: Fred Hingst (4th season)
▶ Top returners: Luke Hanselman (sr.), Will Tucker (jr.), Justin Steinman (so.)
▶ Outlook: The Panthers lost two seniors to graduation from their state finals squad from last spring and will lean on Hanselman, Tucker and Steinman. Hingst hopes a talented group of newcomers help DeWitt finish near the top of the CAAC Blue again.
GRAND LEDGE
▶ Coach: Jeff Miller (6th season)
▶ Top returners: Carter McKinney (jr.), Christian Helzer (so.)
▶ Other contributors: Landon Pilcher (sr.), Ethan Schmit (jr.)
▶ Outlook: McKinney is a third-year varsity player who is part of a deep lineup for the Comets. Grand Ledge expects to be competitive in the CAAC Blue.
HOLT
▶ Last season: 4th
▶ Coach: Brian Kosloski (6th season)
▶ Top returners: Mason Blair (sr.), Rylan Grasse (sr.), Jack Parks (jr.), Brady Gamet (jr.), Dom Demello (so.)
▶ Other contributors: Maddox Wright (sr.), Chase Prrott (sr.), Evan Latty (sr.), Travis Thompkins (sr.)
▶ Outlook: Blair is a fourth-year varsity player and leads an experienced team for the Rams. Holt hopes to build on last year’s success and contend for a league title.
OKEMOS

▶ Coach: Brian Abbey (6th season)
▶ Top returners: Aaroosh Patil (jr.), Peyton Webber (jr.)
▶ Other contributor: Ian Masih (jr.)
▶ Outlook: Patil was one of the CAAC Blue’s top golfers last season and Okemos expects to get a boost from Masih returning to the lineup. Masih spent the first two years of his high school career playing golf in Florida. The Wolves have a goal to reach the state finals.
CAAC RED

▶ Top players: Luke Blattert, Haslett; Carter Gerard. Haslett; Chaase Makley, Mason; Luke Petee, Mason; Grant Rustad, St. Johns
HASLETT
▶ Last season: 1st
▶ Coach: Steve Blattert (7th season)
▶ Top returners: Carter Gerard (sr.), Luke Blattert (jr.), Spencer Locke (jr.), Roen Blue (jr.), Jack Stein (jr.), Dave Hatch (jr.), Auden Roberts (sr.), Aiden Ruby (jr.)
▶ Other contributors: RJ Zecchino (fr.), Jack VanAcker (so.)
▶ Outlook: With a strong core of returners and a group of talented underclassmen, the Vikings expect to be successful again. Haslett hopes to contend for a CAAC Red title and qualify for the state finals.
FOWLERVILLE

▶ Top returners: Cole Sova (jr.), Levi Baker (jr.), John Miller (jr.), John Harmon (sr.), Nolan Peterson (so.)

▶ Outlook: Sova was an honorable mention all-league golfer for the Gladiators last spring. Campbell expects Fowlerville to be more competitive in matches this season.
MASON
▶ Last season: 2nd
▶ Coach: Kirk Petee (20th season)
▶ Top returners: Chaase Makley (jr.), Luke Petee (sr.), Joe Strach (sr.), Talan Gardner (jr.), Zach Wells (so.), Josh Dys (jr.)
▶ Other contributors: Jayden Roach (jr.), Brock Straub (so.)
▶ Outlook: Makley and Luke Petee are returning first team all-league performers for the Bulldogs, who are coming off a team state finals appearance. Mason aims to build on that trip with a returning starting lineup that has experience.
ST. JOHNS
▶ Last season: 4th
▶ Coach: Rick Schultz (8th season)
▶ Top returners: Grant Rustad (sr.), Chris Stewart (sr.)
▶ Outlook: Rustad was fourth in the CAAC Red and was a first team all-league selection and combined with Stewart will lead the Redwings. Schultz expects to get contributions from young players who will help St. Johns contend in the CAAC Red.
CAAC WHITE
▶ Coaches' predictions: 1. Lansing Catholic, T-2. Charlotte, T-2. Eaton Rapids, 4.Portland, 5. Ionia, 6. Olivet, 7. Lakewood, 8. Sexton
▶ Top players: Bradon Ellis, Eaton Rapids; Cole Hutchinson, Lansing Catholic; Jack Monaghan, Eaton Rapids; Hayden Riley, Lansing Catholic; Noah Robinson, Charlotte
CHARLOTTE

▶ Coach: Kevin Robinson (1st season)
▶ Top returners: Noah Robinson (so.), Reid Blasius (jr.), Van Reed (jr.)

▶ Outlook: Noah Robinson and Blasius were all-league golfers last season and among three returners for the Orioles. With some newcomers joining the mix, Charlotte hopes to be in contention for a league title.
EATON RAPIDS

▶ Top returners: Bradon Ellis (sr.), Jack Monaghan (sr.), Braylon Parker (sr.), Nick White (sr.), Trentyn Covello (sr.)

▶ Outlook: Ellis and Monaghan were first-team all-league golfers last season and lead a Greyhound squad that expects to challenge for a CAAC White title.
IONIA
▶ Coach: Bobby Martinez (2nd season)
▶ Top returners: Adam Kramer (so.), Hobbs Pinnow (sr.), Spencer Tooker (jr.)

▶ Outlook: Martinez hopes the Bulldogs can compete with the top teams in the White and said staying consistent this spring will be key.
LANSING CATHOLIC

▶ Outlook: Riley is a varsity veteran who was the regional medalist last season and Hutchinson finished in the top 20 at the Division 3 state finals to lead a core of returners for the Cougars. Lansing Catholic expects to be one of the top teams in Division 3 and to contend for another CAAC White title.
PORTLAND
▶ Last season: 4th
▶ Coach: Jon Snellenberger (11th season)
▶ Top returners: Caleb Bower (sr.), Layne Painter (jr.)
▶ Other contributors: Carter Higbee (jr.), Trent Durrant (jr.)
▶ Outlook: Bower has earned all-league honors the past two seasons for the Raiders. Portland is working toward having a lineup that is more competitive with some experienced players competing. Bower is in his third season on varsity, while Portland has three juniors in their third seasons.
CMAC

BATH

▶ Outlook: The Wolfpack hope to win another league title and be among the top five placers at their regional.
LAKEWOOD

▶ Outlook: The Vikings have six golfers back who played varsity throughout last season. Lakewood is focused on putting in work around the green and sharpening its chipping and putting as it aims to have success.
LANSING CHRISTIAN

▶ Outlook: Will and James Stone and LeBrun are part of a core of upperclassmen returning, while Mosley and Meyer are newcomers expected to contribute immediately for the Pilgrims.
PEWAMO-WESTPHALIA
